Welcome to Los Gigantes – to our privately rented holiday apartment that feels like home. Rooted in Tenerife for over 40 years, we share this way of life with guests who appreciate authenticity.
Centrally located, a short walk to the beach, harbour, cafés and restaurants – and in the evening, spectacular sunsets on your own terrace.
The apartment
The apartment looks out onto the towering cliffs of the Acantilados de Los Gigantes, glowing gold in the evening. The spacious terrace becomes an outdoor living room: days start with sea air and end with the sunset.
Inside is a fully equipped apartment furnished to owner's standard: high quality, tidy and thoughtfully decorated. Two separate bedrooms sleep up to five – room for families, friends or couples who value peace and privacy.
The location
The apartment sits in the heart of Los Gigantes on Tenerife's sunny west coast. The climate is mild all year round, and the famous cliffs of the Acantilados form the backdrop.
Everything is within walking distance: cafés, bars, supermarkets, the harbour and the beach. Nearby you'll find coves, promenades and fresh Canarian cooking.

How many people does the apartment sleep?+
Terraza del Sol has two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms and sleeps up to five. Baby cots are available on request.
How much is a night?+
The nightly rate depends on the season. Send us your preferred dates and we'll tell you the exact price. Final cleaning is added: €100 up to 3 guests, €150 for 4–5 guests.
Is there a minimum stay?+
Yes, the minimum stay is 3 nights. Longer stays and wintering are very welcome.
What time is check-in?+
The apartment is ready for you from 3 pm on your arrival day. All details about arrival and key handover follow after booking.
Is there a security deposit?+
No, we don't ask for a deposit.
Does the apartment have a pool?+
Yes, the complex's pool is right outside the door.
What is the weather like in Los Gigantes in winter?+
Mild and sunny: even from November to February the sun shines around 7 hours a day on average. Over the year there are almost 3,000 hours of sunshine (wetter.com, measurements 2015–2020).
Can I work from the apartment?+
Yes. There is fibre Wi-Fi that's stable for video calls, and an external monitor on request.
How far is the beach?+
The beach, harbour, cafés, restaurants and supermarkets of Los Gigantes are a few minutes' walk away.
