Winter visitors & peace seekers
A mild, stable climate, lots of sunshine and the sheltered southwest make Los Gigantes ideal for longer stays. Short walks to the harbour, supermarkets, cafés and medical care make everyday life easy; quiet beaches and side streets make for real rest.
Families
Short distances, sheltered beaches and a friendly promenade. Children splash in the pool right outside the door while the adults relax. Add boat trips with dolphin and whale watching, water parks, easy hikes and day trips.
Golfers
A mild climate all year and short drives to the courses in the southwest make Los Gigantes an ideal base for golf on Tenerife. Golf in the morning, the sea in the afternoon – and in the evening, the sunset from the terrace.
Romantics
Sunsets over the Atlantic, golden cliffs and warm evenings on your own terrace. Evening walks along the promenade, the sound of the sea and a sky full of stars.
Nature lovers
The west coast shows Tenerife at its most original: the monumental Acantilados, dark lava rock and wide horizons. Easy coastal paths alternate with scenic routes into the hinterland and the Teide National Park.
Active travellers
Snorkelling and diving in the sea, kayaking and SUP on the water, running and cycling along the coast. Inland there are climbs for road and mountain bikes, trails and hiking paths. Plus tennis and padel courts nearby, climbing and paragliding.
Digital nomads
Fibre Wi-Fi means no video call drops out. Quiet places to work and cafés within walking distance make Los Gigantes ideal for a workation. We can provide an external monitor on request.

From local specialities to fine dining: fresh fish and seafood, Canarian classics, tapas, ice cream parlours and bakeries – plus regional wines and spots with a sea view.
